Zero! What is going o here! There is some type of recording studio I have been living with! Unacceptable
If you want to be kept up all night because of noisy neighbors that are above you, then yes this place will be perfect for you! These apartments have walls that are paper thin and you will hear EVERYTHING (your neighbors cursing each other out, dogs trampling over your bedroom ceiling, people stomping around all hours of the night). Run while you can! For the same price you can go somewhere else and get a much nicer community, staff, and atmosphere to live in. First off: Residents. Speed limit is 5 but is hardly ever respected, some even floor it through the parking lot. I've personally almost been hit several times. Very thin ceilings lead to loud stomping, constantly. This is a good apartment but horrible management. Manager Carrie is not very friendly and won't listen to your issues properly. My auto payment expired, I didn't received any notification for the same. When I tried to talk to Carrie she made me wait for 40 min only to promise she will look into it. The next day she came up with only explanation that she can't do anything about it. Cut me off while speaking arguing that someone else is waiting for her. Very bad management experience!!
This complex is the worst. Where do i start. Gated community lol the gate never works. Trash is 30$ a month for one little 13 gallon bag don't let a possum get in your trash or they will charge you 25 extra dollars because some trash fell to the ground. The lawn is never cut anymore. I had people over for the super bowl i was told i had way to many guest. Luxury apartments? Hardly I have never had worse service. The people who work there are extremely unprofessional and rude. My emails and phone calls with them lack both respect and professionalism. My next problem with them was overcharging. Miss one day of paying your lease? They slap on a $200 dollar fine. And get this- you have to have their automatic system to pay your rent. The manager Carrie is the absolute worst. She talks to you in the most condescending way and never takes ownership for anything she is just down right rude and nasty. The apartments have gone downhill but the prices continue to increase and with a trash compactor that barely works , paper thin walls and the kids having nowhere to play the price increases seem absurd too bad you don't listen to your residents or show any type of consideration for them . You should work on your Management especially Carrie ..
If I could i give this place a 0 rating , terrible living, and if you have a problem it takes weeks and months to fix it. Don't recommend to move in there. Management always lie

This property advertises as a luxury apartment community with coded security gate entrance, not true. The apartment entrance gates are unsecure and open to anyone in the public to drive into the property everyday.
