Very receptive with my needs and educated me on things I was not too aware of or totally misinformed. Nathan represented my needs very well and ensured I was comfortable with everything involving the refinance process I went through with his guidance. Nathan walked us through a very simple and beneficial refinance on our rental property. He came highly recommended to us through a family member and I would gladly pass his information along. He has helped us save money....who doesn't love that?!?!

I purchased a house in Phoenix, AZ using Nathan's services. He made it quick, easy and painless. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Our initial conversation outlined a few things I needed to do to clean up my credit report and we worked together to increase my score. Nothing bad in my report, but I needed to fix some bad reporting for issues that should have been removed years before.

I've personally used Nathan on my own home purchase and couldn't be more impressed. He is always fast to return your calls and emails; getting the answer or finding out for you. He will tell you the truth so you can make an educated decision on the best choice with whatever your situation might be. I recommend Nathan all the time to my clients because you can trust him to get the job done right and on time!

Delt with Nathan from out of town for a purchase of a new home, had a pre-qualify with in 2-3 days always there when called or responded the next day. Always gave us the best and truthful answers and/or our best options for our loan.
