We jumped in buying a home head first. So many lenders turned us away and wouldn’t give us a chance. The moment we talked to Mark we knew he was the one to work with. He broke down the home buying process and helped us with anything we needed. It was a long process for me but Mark told me he would get us in our dream home and HE DID!! I could not have been more happy working with Ben Allred at Waterstone mortgage. The entire process from start to finish went smoothly thanks to the hard work and responsiveness of Ben. I had a unique situation and there were a lot of twists and turns in getting the loan funded but Ben never slowed down. He was always available to give his time and go over things in detail. His team was super thorough and efficient, keeping us updated through each step of the process.
