I've worked with Ben for the purchase and sale of my first home and the purchase of my second. He's great at communicating regularly at every step of the loan process. I appreciated that he would respond to my emails so quickly, even after business hours. He sends cool videos that prepare you for what's next and I felt like it helped me stay excited through all of the extensive paperwork inherent in the loan process.

Nathan is the fourth loan officer we've worked with over the past 10 years (job transfers, etc.) He provided the very best experience we've had, by far. We are so impressed with his knowledge, response time, and attention to detail. The top question is "how likely are you to recommend Nathan?" and our response is not only "highly likely" it is "we already have." Able to get pre-approval within 48 hours. Knew our purchase limit upfront which made looking for a house easier. He provided a list of all documents that would be required from us. When an issue came up Nathan was very helpful in getting it resolved quickly. Kept us informed through out the whole process.
