I could not have asked for a better experience than was provided by Mark Ireland! He kept me informed during the process, answered all of my questions and was always friendly. Let me start off by saying I have been in the real estate industry for over 4 years, I thought my experience would work in our favor and that the purchase of our new home would be a breeze.. boy was I wrong! Ben is like the best buffet you've every eaten at. He has all the offerings and will find you the right product. He knows his underwriters and the system and will stop the leaks before they happen. I find him very responsive during this stress filled process. Advise for any mortgage transaction, add two days to whatever you are told, and get new requests to your broker the same day they are requested. Thanks Ben for the good work and attention to details.

Ben was extremely helpful with helping us attain a home mortgage. He helped us to get pre-qualified in record time. He took our calls even when he was out of town.
