Cole and Karen are two of the most detail oriented people. They look at every detail and walk you through every single step of buying a home! Cole educated us and answered all of our questions. This was my first time ever doing a big purchase like this and had no idea where to begin. Kimberly taught me some tips and guided me on my credit foundation. Broke it down into sections so I can understand and focus on the important things I needed before applying for a mortgage. Once we applied I was approved and she fought next to me to obtain the house I had my eye on. When the day came I closed on my new home and was the easiest experience thanks to her.
Kimberly was very professional and knowledgeable. Had solutions for every roadblock we found. Always kept me well informed and was always ahead of the situation. Would definitely recommend.
