I worked with Carol for well over a year as it took that long to sell my Florida property. I had three property contracts in New Hampshire, closing finally on the last one. With each contract Carol was efficient, available and extremely supportive. Her instructions were clear, concise and if there was something I did not understand she was right there with an explanation. Having Carol in my corner certainly relieved stress.
