Buying homes is a stressful time and Carol at Waterstone and her team made it so much easier for us and were there rooting us along through the process and calming us down when we had any freak out moments. We challenged her to get it done in a short time frame and she pulled it of even gave us last second adjustments on terms and rates. We couldn't have been happier working with her team.

I met Carol at a networking group in New Hampshire, as my son was ready to purchase his first home in Texas. She was incredibly nurturing to my son (who was 23 at the time), and indulgent of his hands-on parents. She led us both through the process, respecting his autonomy and recognizing when he was a bit overwhelmed and would welcome some input from mom and dad. I can't recommend her highly enough.
