This is the second place I've bought using Joe and his team and would do it again without hesitation (although we're hoping to be in our new place for a long time). Don't think twice, this is team is great.

He's always reliable. We can call him anytime even on sundays. Make us feel very comfortable about the whole process. He gave us good advice that really help us close on the house we need.
I was a first time home buyer and Joe was very honest, transparent, easy to work with and always available anytime (including weekends/holidays). Whenever I think of any random questions he would gladly respond even after his working hours or on vacation.
