Joe was very attentive with all the questions that we had. He also kept everyone up to date with the loan process which made the closing run smoothly.

Joe made our refinance very easy. He was always easy to contact and responded immediately with any questions. Joe went out of his way to make a somewhat big task totally doable and fun.
