Jason PIke runs Waterstone Mortgage and has the most professional mortgage company in New Mexico. He is extremely professional. I had started my transaction with another mortgage guy who didn't know the Fannie Mae Guidelines and lost my house for me the day before closing. The next mortgage person I hired from True Lending took us through 8 extensions and she still couldn't tell us what we needed to close. The third mortgage person was Jason. I wanted to have a house in a pleasant neighborhood within two months of time. I somehow got in contact with Mr. Jason Pike, who is reliable and responded immediately to my loan application. Mr. Pike has acted quickly and issued a pre-qualified letter for a conventional/MFA loan so that I was able to buy a house in a desired location successfully in a competitive house buying market! I am surprised that Mr. Pike has fulfilled my dream home within a month!
Would highly recommend Chris, he was amazing to work with, he gave us a plan to do what we needed to do to get our home loan. Communication was amazing, he also set a timeline and nailed it on the head. Chris and his team made my families dream home a reality and this was all done over 1000 miles away in a different state.
