I worked with Mr. Trance Sanchez from Water Stone Mortgage for my house loan in Rio Rancho NM. I had very nice experience working with him in connection throughout the whole process. The rate was very reasonable. Throughout the loan process, Mr. Trace was very nice and cooperative to answer my questions and making the process very simple. I appreciate for all the help and cooperation I got form Mr. Trace and recommend him for anyone who wants to get lone in a very easy and simple way.

We first worked with Julian in March of 2019, a year after we moved in to our new home. Another lender was working us through the VA refinancing with cash out to eliminate some debts and I took Julian up on his offer to look the details over to see if he could do better. I was referred to Wes by my realtor 2 years ago. Going into my first home purchase I was apprehensive, scared, and overwhelmed...until the moment I spoke with Wes.
