Mr. Medrano ( Oscar) made the process of buying a home extremely seamless. Oscar was easy to talk to and was available at anytime, with just a phone call away, 7 days a week. Great experience working with Oscar and his team. He walked me through the whole process, was available EVERY time I needed him and his communication was amazing. I found a house a week or so after getting pre qualified and a month later, I’m closing. No problems at all. Highly recommend to everyone. Thank you Oscar! You’re absolutely awesome!

A phone is answered by the person you called? Never happens right? I was referred to Jason Pike at Waterstone Mortgage by my realtor. Upon that initial call lasting some 45 minutes Jason patiently educated me on the mortgage process - rates - closing costs etc. , Jason has been uber responsive, informative, detailed and instilled confidence the process would be done well and delivered on time.
