I was referred to Wes by my realtor 2 years ago. Going into my first home purchase I was apprehensive, scared, and overwhelmed...until the moment I spoke with Wes. Wes was great to work with from start to finish on my first investment property, a HUD foreclosure, and his advise was instrumental at several points. Being an investor himself, he helped me see the property's full potential and was especially in tune with banking trends by advising me not to lock in, but rather to float the interest rate. This worked out very well and resulted in a lower payment with greater cash flow.

Julian was great! Made the whole process of closing on our first house easy. He was professional, fast and helped us close on on a great house on time. We highly recommend checking this guy out!
Wes put up with us the entire way through the purchase of our first house, and for that we are incredibly grateful! He would respond back to us in a timely manner, even on the weekends when we found ourselves panicking with some random question that popped into our heads. I have done business with Jason three times over the past 13 years. Purchasing my first home, a refinance, and a second home purchase in 2019. Jason is professional and very responsive. He makes the tedious and sometimes confusing process go as smoothly as possible.
