their hearts are in the right place and it's all about how you handle what happens in life if you choose to get recovery and to get better to live a good life and learn and grow and wellness is the place for you if you're negative and don't wanna put the work in and places good for you this was one of the best experiences of my life. I will forever treasure it.
My daughter had an amazing stay here. highly recommend! Really a life changing experience for her. The care was of and everyone there wanted to make a difference

First the good, then the bad. Good- The people and the community. A majority of the staff, clinicians, and therapists are great. The "clients" or patients were all very accepting as well. I may have been there at a lucky time, but most of the time people were wonderful. I was quite nervous when I arrived, but left feeling like I had made a family. I am reading the reviews and have a son at wellness. We've been through other rehabs and when looking for yet another we took the recommendation from Sunrise detox, a detox we've known since this all began years ago and this was a long relapse. The Palms is just amazing!!!! I've been struggling with addiction for quite a long time, and I just have to say, The Palms is by far the greatest rehab that I have been too. From the Tech's, Clinical Staff, and the Owner's!!!! I have never been treated so kindly, respected, and let like family. You make amazing bond's, that I feel will last a lifetime. Amazing place for mental health and addiction rehabilitation. The staff really does care and does their best to go above and beyond. They helped so much in the most difficult moments. Grateful is an understatement. They keep it real and honest with the clients while remaining therapeutic and professional. Staff encourages clients to stick with their program. At the end the help is always worth it for those willing to do the work.
This unfortunately was not a good fit for my daughter for personal reasons regarding her, but I will say even 2 weeks after my daughter left their program, they went above and beyond to help me make sure my child was safe in Florida (as we are all from Massachusetts) and they are even providing her with a sober escort to the airport tomorrow to get her back up here so that she is definitely safe and that means more to me than anything.
