I am reading the reviews and have a son at wellness. We've been through other rehabs and when looking for yet another we took the recommendation from Sunrise detox, a detox we've known since this all began years ago and this was a long relapse. The Palms is just amazing!!!! I've been struggling with addiction for quite a long time, and I just have to say, The Palms is by far the greatest rehab that I have been too. From the Tech's, Clinical Staff, and the Owner's!!!! I have never been treated so kindly, respected, and let like family. You make amazing bond's, that I feel will last a lifetime. Amazing place for mental health and addiction rehabilitation. The staff really does care and does their best to go above and beyond. They helped so much in the most difficult moments. Grateful is an understatement. They keep it real and honest with the clients while remaining therapeutic and professional. Staff encourages clients to stick with their program. At the end the help is always worth it for those willing to do the work.

This unfortunately was not a good fit for my daughter for personal reasons regarding her, but I will say even 2 weeks after my daughter left their program, they went above and beyond to help me make sure my child was safe in Florida (as we are all from Massachusetts) and they are even providing her with a sober escort to the airport tomorrow to get her back up here so that she is definitely safe and that means more to me than anything. This was the second treatment facility I attended so I only have one other to compare to but I'd have to say Wellness surpassed my expectations. I not only made friends with other clients, I developed strong connections with the staff as well. I felt truly cared for and finally learned how to come out of my shell. I came to Wellness Resource Center in May of 2016. I had suffered over 20 years of untreated PTSD which led to overwhelming addictions. Illegal & Prescription drugs & alcohol. Before Wellness I had been to numerous rehabs trying to overcome addiction but none of these centers ever allowed me to address the real traumas of rape, domestic violence and separation of my daughter & I. I had a family member attend multiple treatment centers and Wellness was by far the most effective. As a family with a huge learning curve in terms of understanding what treatment is and the journey beyond, the staff at Wellness were patient, supportive and responsive. I wouldn't hesitate to send someone in need straight to Wellness.

I went to wellness resource center in 2008 and have been sober ever since. The staff then and the staff now are compassionate, highly educated, and well trained in dual diagnosis addiction treatment. I had been a client at other treatment centers prior to wellness but wellness is the treatment center that got through to me and helped me change my life for the better. No treatment center, or rehab will ever be perfect. You will find faults anywhere you go, especially if you look hard enough. But Wellness Resource Center, in my opinion, is one of the best. After 4 years, I am still connected with the alumni program and the team at WRC continue to support me with any needs I may have. I continue to visit WRC, and be a support to those there.
