I was a walk-in patient on Sat 8/16. My primary doctor's office wasn't open, so I decided I needed to be seen due to a possible UTI. Went in for a foot injury. They took x-rays. They insisted on her wearing boot and scheduling a visit with an SOS Doctor. Well Now said it was a severe break and the fact that it didn't hurt so much was probably nerve damage and we better use the boot and get in to see an SOS Doctor because there was a risk of necrosis, scaring the heck out of the patient. Gave them my new insurance card. They did not input the new card. I payed for my correct co pay though. Then I get charged $100 as Self Pay! They didn't ever change my insurance over. Good luck with customer service. None of them speak English well enough to understand them.

I made the first available appointment at 8:00am to be seen for chest congestion, cold/flu like symptoms, and shortness of breath. Just this past week, my sister, whom I live with, tested positive for pneumonia. the symptoms I was having were similar to hers. The woman at the front desk, as well as the nurse, were very pleasant. Good luck trying to get a hold of an actual human being when calling their number, and good luck trying to get any sort of information from their automated system... Was on hold for over 30 minutes to finally get an answering machine..

Often Switch Insurance Providers So You Are Forced to pay out of pocket , website booking didn't work after repeatedly attempting to book an appointment, "it kept giving me the same time as available and after multiple times refreshing it only gave me error screens For this place being an URGENT care they do everything in their power to not be able to help you in anyway.

Don't try calling their 888-420-5870 or their 716-699-9032 phone numbers to make a payment. It is a joke!!! You enter your account number and then your zip code and it tells you it cannot find you in their system. Went online to make a payment and it shows an account balance of zero. Yet in my hand, mailed to me, is a bill for $165. I have wasted a lot of time trying to call these numbers. It is a constant circle of going no where.
