Nurses on day shift were extremely helpful and caring when I came in with a shortness of breath. Help was given immediately with no time wasted. I would love to shout out Dr. Star for being concerned for my health and taking every step and procedure CAUTIOUSLY to make sure my vitals were back to normal. Communication was top notch, the team comforted me the entire 3 hrs sat to make sure my vitals were stable. Because of where I work (Oswego), where I live (Baldwinsville), and the location of my primary care doctor (Syracuse), I sometimes visit urgent care because it's more expedient than trying to make an appointment with my primary care doctor. (Thanks to my insurance, it's also the same co-pay cost.) I've been to this location three times, and each time I've had good experiences. I came here yesterday for a non-urgent issue, which was my own fault for not seeing my PCP when they were open. The waiting room was not busy when I arrived, but I knew they had been busy all morning. Everyone I came in contact with was very kind and apologetic for the wait (even though it really wasn't too bad considering I knew they were busy). The nurse was kind and efficient. This was my second visit to this location in Liverpool NY. Excellent from start to finish. Short wait. Very attentive and friendly staff. While waiting in exam room, a young lady came to the door offering snacks and drinks. I have never seen that service offered anywhere. The PA who examined me, Nagib Thabet, was very good . . . before he left the exam room he made sure he had answered all of my questions. He was very pleasant. They deserve it. I received amazing and speedy care. The staff was attentive, courteous and accurate. I am from out of town and they made sure I had what was needed to get me home safely and keep me going out on the road. They also did a follow up phone call a few days later to be sure everything was going well and I had all questions answered. Many thanks to the staff, keep up the good work.
