I went in with a fever and a few other symptoms and possibly been exposed to COVID. I got tested waitEd 2 days to be told they lost the test got retested waited 24 hrs and they said they lost the test again and asked me if I wanted to drive back and be tested a 3rd time? That is sub par and unprofessional as it gets.

Went to this location for test results. They do not call back or help with the online section. Then when you call you have to sit on hold for 10+ minutes for a receptionist and then they just hang up on you. Would not recommend.
Went for COVID test. Text asks you to wait in car and text HERE when you arrive. Which I did. then it tells you to walk in. Why text then?? One receptionist and she is slow as molasses!

the most unreliable people ever. i have called this place so many times for my covid test results because they didn't put in my number in to get my test results and I need them to get back to my normal life but all they care about is themselves. Have been trying to get a hold of one of them for the past hour but the only time they answered, they were all fooling around and ended the call. Completely bs. wil never use there services again after this.

Walked into this Urgent Care Center around 10:21pm on 2/6/21. They closed at 11pm. The front staff was very nice and attentive and quick to sign me in and get me back to a room. Support staff was also very nice and quick and explained everything as she was doing it. Anita O'Malley PA came in the room. I felt as though I was being rushed first off due to the time. My son went to WellNow for a TB test. He had to pay out of pocket so he submitted bill/receipt to insurance to get reimbursed. Insurance did not accept because bill/receipt must show the insurance codes. Billing department would not issue a billing with the insurance codes so we are stuck with the bill.
I had been having an issue with an upper respiratory infection the prior week before my doctor even told me to go to Well Now specifically. I had had no fever but that day for the first time spiked a fever right after the office closed. And my asthma was complicating things making my breathing terrible. I got there called inside because according to the app you had to have a covid appointment if you had any covid symptoms but it also stated they were done seeing covid patients. I walk in this 5 star at 7.59 started talking to the lady it was 8 so she says sorry Dr Bader Masoud left 20 minutes ago so we can't take you we close at 8. I have a sinus infection he could of seen me it would of taken 5.minutes.Good bye angry customer.,,,:;(
It amazes me how long it takes to be seen. A 0 minute wait time, as advertised before I came in and currently, is completely false. I walked in to the Liverpool NY location and was brought to a room only to wait for over 60 minutes before a provider (MD/DO/PA/NP) came in. Waiting in a waiting room or waiting in a patient room is the same. Getting in a room and having vital signs checked isn't being seen.
