Often Switch Insurance Providers So You Are Forced to pay out of pocket , website booking didn't work after repeatedly attempting to book an appointment, "it kept giving me the same time as available and after multiple times refreshing it only gave me error screens For this place being an URGENT care they do everything in their power to not be able to help you in anyway.

Don't try calling their 888-420-5870 or their 716-699-9032 phone numbers to make a payment. It is a joke!!! You enter your account number and then your zip code and it tells you it cannot find you in their system. Went online to make a payment and it shows an account balance of zero. Yet in my hand, mailed to me, is a bill for $165. I have wasted a lot of time trying to call these numbers. It is a constant circle of going no where. On 8/8/2023 I visited the Wellnow clinic located at 7375 Oswego Rd Liverpool NY 13090 for a bee sting reaction. I provided my Medicare (Primary) and BC/BS insurance information. Months later I received a bill for $230.00. I attempted to contact Wellnow via phone to advise them that the claim was received by Medicare (I have written proof). 99% of all reviews I have ever written online anywhere are positive (5 Stars). I am not a complainer. Yelp reviews of WellNow Cicero / L'pool locations are rated as 1.4 and 2.7 respectively. I would agree. Needed a PPD (my first). The Cicero desk person called out to me - "Well, you have to check in at the kiosk first" Some patients were complaining (it was busy) as I started to check-in. The absolute worst!! The slowest more ridiculous waste of time for nothing. Paying out of pocket and waiting hours with NOONE there is a joke! Go anywhere else!
I would never and will never recommend this Urgent Care. First of all the front desk employee was absolutely downright rude. I don't know who pissed in her cheerios this morning but holy moly. I brought my daughter in with a 101 fever, horrible cough, and a major runny nose- also worried about an upper respiratory infection. Wasn't concerned of 102 fever/vomiting. Diagnosed with sinusitis by NP Goncalves. Said flu season is over didn't care to test, when you can have flu into late May!! This started with a cough/sweats. Not stuffy nose or sinus issues at all. He seemed very short & just wanted us out.

Front desk employee very unfriendly. Went in with severe abdominal pain that had lasted well over 24 hrs, including a sleepless night due to the pain. I'm not 100% sure the "provider" was an actual doctor. He went through all the possibilities of what it "could" be, but they didn't have the ability to test for that (didn't have the ability or chose not to take the time?) Dr Shaw Last night I had gone to Wellnow on Route 57 in Liverpool. My experience with Dr Shaw was horrible. She was extremely unprofessional. She walked in and looked to the side wall as she spoke with me. Not once did she look or examine me. I had a low grade fever of 99 and she told me not to waste their time and to go to the ER. I explained to her I was seen a few days prior for an infection and they had to culture to see what bacteria it was and if my antibiotics weren't working come in and they'd switch them.
