They are absolutely fantastic. This is the 3rd time I've been here and every time I have exceptional service and care. I will never go to another urgent care. In and out in under an hour every time!

This place has set the bar high!! Absolutely amazing atmosphere. The staff were so friendly, accommodating, and professional. I was in and out within an hour (I made an appointment online) for my sons ear infection. The staff is experienced and caring! They have a slushee machine in the waiting room which was so different and rad--then a Pac-Man machine in the other waiting room...Two days after my sons visit he is feeling much better--I received a text message from the urgent care asking if he was feeling better to reply '... read more

I had a very great experience!! It was super fast, I didn't have to wait long at all. They have a cute icee machine and pac-man game that is available, which I personally think is an AMAZING touch. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, I usually hate going to the doctors office but with this place I can actually enjoy it. Overall I'm very pleased with my visit! :)

Pleasant and attentive staff, Slushee machines for those of us who aren't watching our sugar, a spacious and clean waiting room. WellNow is conveniently located near Aumiller's pharmacy, CVS pharmacy and Target's CVS pharmacy. I strongly recommend WellNow over the nearby Albany Med's Urgent Care on Union Street. They also offer text alerts and notifications, and their physicians will promptly follow up with you over the phone if you'd like to discuss additional concerns with them after your appointment.

My experience with Urgent Cares is that quality may vary each time you go, but my thus far only experience here was quite good. They were attentive and thorough.

if I could give a lower rating, I would. I usually go to WellNow clinics for urgent care. Before this experience they have always been kind, caring, and quick in getting me the medical care I need. This time, not so much. I went to WellNow with a terrible poison ivy rash that was on my face, eye lids, hands, etc. At the time my daughter was 4 months old and strictly breastfed and I was struggling with postpartum depression. The nurses here are absolute trash. They do not treat the patients like human beings. They have attitudes and no beside manner when dealing with ill people. Two of the nurses talked badly about multiple patients in the hallway where everyone sitting in the exam rooms could hear. Totally unprofessional. DO NOT GO HERE. I would give them negative stars if I could.

My friend had dislocated shoulder and so I called them multiple times to see if they could help and they didn't answer. We get there and there's dead one person there like one client and then one worker. So idk why they couldn't pick up the phone. I ask them if they can help with dislocated shoulder and they're like yes and then I bring in my friend and they bring him in the back and then 2 seconds later they bring him back out and are like oh yeah it looks dislocated and we can't fix dislocated shoulders. I was in there for over an hour and was in crying pain and the doctor came in and asked rudely what was wrong. I will never go back.
