Don't bother making an appointment. You will still wait for hours. Rude, unprofessional assistant with no customer service. People are sick and hurting and now they have a system to make appointments but don't prioritize that at all. If You're late for your appointment, they will not see you though

Absolutely awful service, people were rude and ended up forgetting about us and what we were here for. We spent over two hours waiting around for a strep test and a covid test. When we were still waiting for results from the test, they came in offering a virtual visit when we were already here!! This place needs to get their shit together and hire new people asap.

called to see if they did pcr Covid test. was told they did by very friendly receptionist. went to get said test, but the "nurse" tried to give a rapid test. I explained I needed it for insurance reasons. she stormed out of the room and was just extremely rude. spoke to supervisor who more or less brushed me off. going to the doctor is stressful enough, when did it become acceptable to treat people with disrespect.

This used to be a good urgent care over a year ago. Now it's likely one of the worst in the area. Overly long waits, a shift to virtual medicine with poor reception, inconsistent discharge paperwork, and limited follow-up. As others have noted, you'll be seen faster at an ER than this urgent care. You might even get seen faster at the albany med ER than at this urgent care. this place sucks if you are in need of urgent care. co-pay is expensive and they take their sweet ass time getting to you.

front desk was nice but the doctor had me waiting in the room for over 30 mins. meanwhile my son was in pain. I heard the dr chatting with coworkers in the hallway. I cracked open the door to get some air and was told due to patient privacy it needed to be closed. when I asked when the dr was coming in, the dr replied with "when I get there" and continued her conversation with her coworkers. DO NOT GO HERE! We checked in online. got there 10 minutes before our time were told they only have Tele med available. It's almost 6 o'clock on a Friday night so we decide to wait it out. We were second in line. We were taken back by nurse at 7:15, finally at 8:10 our TeleMed appointment started. They could not get a good connection to Doctor. She could hear us but not see us. Recommend never going here. Not only will you wait forever but the care is awful. I was told there was nothing wrong with me, and to drink tea. Went to a different urgent care a day later and I had pneumonia.

One set of staff knows what they're doing, other set is lazy and poorly managed. As with any urgent care, expect a 2-4 hour wait on something as simple as a drug screen or PPD test. Also, highly recommend doing your online registration hours before actually going into the office. Otherwise, there will be upward of 5-10 people entering the office and getting seen before you.
