If you value your health at all (health of yourself or your loved on), puhleeeeaaasse do not go here and go straight to a real emergency room at a real 24 hour hospital. The guidance you get here will likely be guesswork and they don't have the ability/not willing to do any scans which might determine what is actually afflicting the patient. And they'll hit you and/or your insurance company with a several hundred dollar charge whether they can help you or not.

Worst urgent care I've ever been to, walked in and sat in waiting room with 3 others who had also not talked to anyone there. No one at the desk for 45 minutes. Not one person talked to or saw any of us. Thanks a lot wellnow

the worst urgent care I ever seen I was been waiting 2hrs and the screen was keep saying you have to wait one hour my baby was crying 1hr coz of the pain they didnt do anything about it do ever go there

The care at this facility has been consistently good, but the billing is a nightmare. They billed our insurance company incorrectly on two separate occasions (two separate appointments) and then sent bills for services that our insurance is supposed to cover. The first time, we opted to just pay the bill. The second time (yesterday), we received a bill that had scare tactics -- a big red box threatening to send the bill to collections -- even though it was the first bill for this appointment. Absolutely the worst. I would rather suffer from any ailment than ever return. We have been in the waiting room for 2.5 hours and there is no reason for it. They also denied our insurance, something that has never happened before. They forced me to pay out of pocket (I didn't wait for no reason all this time!) The front desk is so rude. I cannot believe what we are going through and my son has yet to be seen.

Made an appointmen online. Came in and waited longer then I ever have without making an appointment and there was nobody else in the waiting room besides myself. The staff said it was because there was a "bad car accident." - sounds like they should have went to the hospital then. and it didnt seem like this was true as the staff were sitting at the desk laughing and talking. It has been an absolute nightmare to get medical records from this outfit. Four weeks after initial contact and having been told they were in the mail when I called to check on them as per the representative's suggestion someone has finally told me that they would not be sent without filling out a form online that you cannot fill out online. What a run around. Go somewhere else!

My son has a sore throat, upset stand nausea. My mother is in rehab for physical therapy, so I wanted to make sure he didn't have strep or anything contagious. First, they told me it was an hour wait and they would call my phone when they were ready. At home I had to register, including taking and uploading my license and his insurance card. They called. If you really don't feel capable of using web md, or need a test, or a tick removed, then go ahead and visit here. If on the other hand you need actual medical advise- LOOK ELSEWHERE. I visited here for a rather large inflamed knee, the fluid was obvious, it has also happened to me before. If I was in this clinic for 50 minutes I spent 45 minutes alone in a exam room.
