I used to really like going to this location. However, I stopped going after they misdiagnosed my 2 year old daughter at the time. My daughter had slipped and fell at home. She then began limping. That night we immediately brought her to urgent care. The doctor physically examined her, looked at her leg, and pulled on it. He then asked her to walk and indicated that she would not have walked on her leg if it was fractured and would have cried based on the pressure he had applied. Never been more disappointed in providers. You are an urgent care. My husband came in with a big gash on his hand. Not only did they not treat him but they left his wound wide open. The staff was extremely rude on top of that. Why is this place even open? They constantly mis diagnose. He had to drive himself to the hospital
Was able to be seen within 20-30 minutes, was in and out in less than an hour. Staff were all very kind and helpful! The doctor I had wonderful. Would go back again and recommend to others in a pinch!
The staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. I really felt I was listened to, heard, and diagnosed correctly. I appreciate the care I received and was feeling better by the next day.
Excellent quality care and compassion for their clients,the nurses there are wonderful and understanding and dedicated to giving optimal professional services! Luv this place and would def recommend it to others!💖and quick service is beyond measureble! Great team luv them!😘
