I was a walk in yesterday in the early afternoon. Ample parking and easy to find. Not having an appointment, I was told an hour or so before I could be see. I understand that and there was a Keurig, a basket of bagged snacks, a slushy machine and an old Pac-Man game to keep you entertained. On Monday, November 24th, I went to WellNow for an ear irrigation (a warm water + peroxide flush) because my right ear had started to ache -- usually a sign that wax has built up again. I've been through this many times before because my ear canals are tiny and narrow, and WellNow has always handled it just fine. This visit was the exception. The assistant who worked with me was wonderful. She was friendly, careful, and mindful of my weirdly small ear canals. She even managed to remove some wax without causing discomfort. ... read more

This is a busy place so make an appointment online so you're not waiting long. The waiting area has lots of "bells and whistles " including Pac-Man arcade game, Icee machines, coffee and water dispensers. The people who work here: Heidi, Anna, and Mike Brynildsen, PA are very kind and professional. They took excellent care of my husband while we were there. I went to the website WellNow.com & did a "Save my Spot", so I'd get an on line appt. It was for 9:55am. I was taken to a room as soon as I got there. The nurse cane in within a few minutes. The Doctor, a few minutes after her & he knew right away what was wrong (I did too). He wrote me 3 scripts & told me to get another otc script. I was out of there by 10:11am. I visited your location with my 6 year old son on 10/26. He was in so much pain from an ear infection, he was a mess. I was a mess. I was dealing with his primary care physician not having any sick visits after calling first thing in the morning. I was fuming. He had been crying since 130 am. I have mostly used this location for covid testing during the pandemic so that's where all of my feedback comes from. The location is easy to find and my earlier visits, I was able to set them up online and check in that way. I'm not sure if things changed or of I was just having a brain lapse the most recent time, but I ended up having to go in person to see about an appointment.
