if your question is not on the decision tree followed by the virtual assistant - forget it. So, I went elsewhere. Why is it so impossible to speak to someone?

I went to this location early Saturday morning of Labor Day weekend due to a persistent and painful cough that I've had for 2 weeks after being sick with a chest cold. A virtual doctor through my insurance suggested I go to get an extra done of my chest. When I got there they were naturally busy, being a holiday weekend. But I had an appointment and I was called back only 20 minutes later. I went to WN on 7/31 for a pre-employment drug screen. STILL NO RESULTS. I have never done drugs in my life so I know absolutely that I will not fail it. I gave my notice to my present employer and will be out of a job after this week. Because of the no result, I was sent to another WN. Took that test on 8/9. STILL WAITING. What is wrong with this place. DON'T GO TO WELL NOW.

Elastic wrist splint billed for $850. Seems like fraudulent activity as there is no way this cost $850. Even an orthopedic specialist doesn't charge that much. They handed it to me without explaining what the cost would be should my insurance not pay. Have left messages for the billing department and the manager and neither have called me back.

Was able to hobble my way to urgent care after having a back injury last night. Instead of clogging up the Emergency room, I decided To go to WellNow. I tried calling ahead to confirm That I could be seen but the "call volume" was too high and I was unable to get through to anyone. When I arrived at WellNow on Sheridan at 7:15PM (they close at 8pm). There were legitimately ZERO patients waiting in the waiting room at all. Would give 0 stars if possible. Literally the worst service of any business I've ever been to. Wasted my entire day waiting here for the slowest workers on the planet. "Wait in your car" It has been 3 hours. Holy cow this place stinks.

Yeah, they wouldn't take me as a walk in as they were too busy and sent me to another office. Guess maybe they should take down those "walk-in care" signs...?

I scheduled an appointment in the morning for 6:25pm that same day to get a rapid COVID test. I added my license and insurance information and was informed to text when I was there. After I did, I got a call from from a woman at WellNow that asked me what I was scheduled for. After I advised I was here for my scheduled rapid COVID test, she asked me multiple questions that were all centered around why I shouldn't be getting a test. My scheduled appointment time was at 4:30 pm. I wasn't seen until 6:15 p.m. that's right, a full hour and a 45 minutes past my scheduled time slot. Half of that time waiting was spent in my car outside and the other half was spent in a patient room inside. I was getting the Covid-19 test due to an exposures risk. I've had friends and family members come to other WellNow locations to get this same test done, some with appointments and some just walked in and they were all in and out within 5 minutes.
