Yeah, they wouldn't take me as a walk in as they were too busy and sent me to another office. Guess maybe they should take down those "walk-in care" signs...?

I scheduled an appointment in the morning for 6:25pm that same day to get a rapid COVID test. I added my license and insurance information and was informed to text when I was there. After I did, I got a call from from a woman at WellNow that asked me what I was scheduled for. After I advised I was here for my scheduled rapid COVID test, she asked me multiple questions that were all centered around why I shouldn't be getting a test. My scheduled appointment time was at 4:30 pm. I wasn't seen until 6:15 p.m. that's right, a full hour and a 45 minutes past my scheduled time slot. Half of that time waiting was spent in my car outside and the other half was spent in a patient room inside. I was getting the Covid-19 test due to an exposures risk. I've had friends and family members come to other WellNow locations to get this same test done, some with appointments and some just walked in and they were all in and out within 5 minutes. I made an online appt for 12:30 for a covid test. Text said they would send a reminder 20 minutes before appt. never got one so I arrived at -2:20 as per instructions I text'd "I'm here". Nothing, so I called and was told my appt was moved to 2. I asked if they would text so I didn't waste another trip. Diane said yes they would. After not hearing from them, I called and was told to come down. I arrived and sent a text, nothing! So I called, no answer! Finally I stood in the window waving , I was ignored. My 86 year old husband fell in the shower and his doctor told me to take him to urgent care. It was our first time out since March 13 so we weren't familiar with the protocols. We both had masks on. Leaving my husband outside, I stepped inside the door to ask a question. I was at least 15-20 feet from the desk. The young girl at the desk barked at me "can you not read the sign ma'am". I stopped at this location Monday 4/27 to get tested for covid-19 due to a loss of taste/smell and minor headaches I've had for 4 days. I work in a nursing home in which has multiple positive covid cases therefore I have been exposed. I did everything I had to at WellNow, I scanned the barcode, filled in my name, info, and the other questions at the bottom. The medical providers are fine but they overcharge for services and communicating with the billing department is like pulling teeth. I was seen for two minutes, they decided they weren't able to provide treatment, and I was referred to a specialist. They billed my insurance company $300 for that visit. I don't expect to not have to pay anything, but that amount is ludicrous. My daughter went there earlier in the year. They claimed their systems were down. My daughter paid the copayment in cash. Since then she is being harassed via text by them because they say she owes money. I called the insurance company and they said they have no record of the visit. That's because their "systems were down". I tried calling them to tell them to resubmit the claim and they refused. Came in this morning and literally have nothing good to say. I ended up leaving and getting an appointment at my drs office. To start, the door wouldn't open and someone had to manually slide me in. Then there was a girl at the front desk who seemed to be having an extremely vocal issue with a woman's insurance.
