I am from out of town and use the website to sign up for an appointment. I came into a friendly receptionist and she took my information and took me right to the room, the nurse came in with very friendly she did a very wonderful job and even gave me vacation suggestions. the physician's assistant came in was thorough asked me questions and got me out ASAP with a prescription. Overall was a wonderful experience and suggest this to anyone who is feeling sick.
Very clean and comfortable environment. They have a pac man machine in the waiting area, tv, and a Keurig with coffee and tea available. I was put right into a room, nurse came check vitals and doc came in all very quickly! I injured my foot the other night so they gave me an X-ray right on the spot. The doc showed me my X-ray images and burned me a CD Copy, should a different doctor need it later on. I was here maybe a total of 20-30 minutes!!! yay
Took my son in do to an infection in his arm. The wait was not to long but any wait with a sick 20 year old is to long. They were quite concerned and suggested to go right to the hospital. The Doctor on duty was correct. He had to be admitted.
Excellent staff and service highly recommend fast friendly clean went above and beyond to ans follow up concerns.
I went to Wellnow at 2980 Sheridan Dr on Monday, September 15th, 2025. This was the worst experience I've had with Wellnow ever. I made an appointment for 12:20 on Monday, expecting to be checked in on time and hopefully taken back to a room within a timely manner. I was not. When I arrived, 2 people in front of me needed to make appointments. Okay, no big deal. I understand it's a busy time, and people are sick. I wanted to like this place. Had an ear infection. Was seen pretty quick, but honestly they could've been quicker for how dead they were though. Told Dr I was going to DC on Tuesday. It was Saturday morning. He puts me on a ten day course of amoxicillin. The bus drive to DC Tuesday literally killed my ear. Ended up in an urgent care in DC on Thursday for pink eye and ear infection that had worsened. (DC urgent care gave me a Z pack-and eye drops.Thank goodness for them. They continuous send me bills for a few visits my children have had within the last few months. We had uploaded their health insurance information on the tablet they provided at check in so there is no reason why their billing department does not submit the claim to our insurance company. Even calling the billing number on the bill is useless. On top of that, the notice says that if you are sent to collections, it could impact your credit. I was in the room for over an hour I think the Dr forgot about me I had to go out a tell a nurse I was in the room. Then they charged me $300 to talk to them for 5 minutes and the Dr didn't even listen she just kept trying to prescribe me nausea meds.

I called this location to see if they provided a certain medical test and why I needed it, and the staff told me Yes We Do That. I asked if I could schedule it online (since my doctor's office doesn't do that test) and they said Yes. The next day, I went online to schedule an appointment, and there was a list of services to choose from.
