Today on Sunday AM I was forced to visit this Urgent Care in Fayetteville since my regular doctor is not open. From the moment I walked in it was friendly, respectful , caring service. The facility is clean and welcoming. I was seen by 2 nurses and the nurse practitioner...all terrific. I would recommend this facility for all your immediate medical needs if your doctor is not available. I was in and out of the facility in 30 minutes or less. :)

The nicest urgent care facility I have ever been in. Very clean and kind staff. They also treated me for ever scenario involving me injury. I am was very pleased with the experience

It's called five stars for a reason. I came in and they saw me right away. Gave me excellent service and very friendly. I recommend this urgent care over the other centers in Syracuse. Best part yet they gave me snacks & they have a slushies machine in the lobby. The staff was very helpful and so caring! Make this your stop when you need to be seen promptly.

I have not been able to be seen by my regular dr or any nurse practitioner at college they close in 20 minutes and actually gave me real help. Not the take the over the counter drugs like other nurse practitioners have told me. Put me on real antibiotics because my allergies are so bad, and prednisone. Thank you so much

Quick, friendly, and effective. I've been here twice now in the past month or so and both times I felt the staff was very efficient and professional. There's free coffee and a slushie machine in the lobby area which is great if someone comes with you.

So far I have visited this urgent twice, and both times they were exceptional. Unfortunately due to other patients not paying their bills. You must pay $198.00 up front, but will be credited with a check after insurance has kicked in. But the level of care is above and beyond. I hope they remain at this location. Thank you.

In and out in 30ish minutes, including X-rays, but didn't feel as if they were rushing me. Superb staff, professional, efficient and friendly. Everything was very clean and organized. And, they have a PacMan machine!

pro: Got right in. con: My husband tested positive for the flu. The doctor said it takes 7 days and there was nothing they could do for him. He asked for a steroid shot to get some relief and they would not give it to him. I feel like the visit was worthless b/c they didn't do anything for him.

I've been to many doctors with many slushies before going and the doctor told me that it doesn't instruct the view of see strep or any throat sickness and that the child I brought to get checked I was told that she wasn't fully sick and if I didn't say she wasn't well that they wouldn't notice as she has a full on running nose eyes are puffy and all that stuff so I hate this place to the core now so fucking stupid don't every go
