Stopped there today and won't ever go back . Very rude and indifferent 20 ish year old receptionist needs to take a class or two on how to talk to patients in a medical clinic. The whole " I can't be bothered to help you as I am busy playing with my phone" was a tad much . If she ever needs medical care I hope she gets treated the same way that I was today.

When we asked how long the wait time and heard 2 hours. I looked at my mom and said "that's f$&# bullsh&$". Front desk lady heard me speaking to my mom and decided to try to kick me out and have her staff come out and yell at me for just having a conversation with my mom about how frustrating that is. Obviously you can tell I'm terrified for my mom and that comment wasn't even directed to this lady. How dare you try kicking me and having a staff member come out to openly yell at me for expressing the way I feel to my mot... read more

I went in for a sprained foot and ankle just wanting an X-ray to double check that I was right about it being a sprain and not a break. The doctor comes in and asked how it happened. All I said was I tripped and twisted my foot weird. That's all I said because that's all that happened. The doctor then decided he wasn't satisfied with that answer and pushed me into saying I hurt it at work. After just playing along with him I got yelled at for not going through workers comp because according to him I'm breaking laws by not us... read more

I have been to different Urgent Cares and this one was not to my satisfaction. When you're not feeling well it's really frustrating to have someone being trained to do registration. Then, I was provided paperwork with the wrong birthdate on it-and when you try to call no one answers the phone. So then I am forced to go back to this facility after my prescription wasn't called in, but couldn't pick it up anyway because my birthdate was incorrect. This is not the experience you should have when you're not feeling well. And is ... read more

I've come here numerous times and never had an issue. Even when COVID started and never had such issues like I had with this office. I went in with upper respiratory infection symptoms, explained this to the dr I saw and he told me it was COVID. I told him I didn't think so but then again, I'm not a dr, I'm just an asthmatic who goes through this a couple times a year. I took the COVID test and was sent home with no medication. I asked if I could just get the medication I'd normally get for a URI just in case so that it didn... read more

False advertising that Wellnow accepts insurance. They scan your card and then charge upfront for covid testing and do not ever run it through the insurance. They then state that since they are private, they do not need to go through insurance and can charge the patient what they choose to. They should not advertise that they accept insurance and this is likely insurance fraud since they have a contract with plans but are charging the insured patients.

Unless this business make more of an effort to keep it clean, I can't recommend this facility. I'm surprised other reviews don't mention the filthy carpeting, the sticky exam tables.... More importantly, possibly, is that the PA I met was not at all helpful, and he asked me twice what I thought was causing my back pain, after I told him e first time I didn't know. He never did any kind of a strength test or nerve reaction test, and he basically had no information for me that was useful. All he told me was to take ibuprofen a... read more

In 44 years, I've never received a less thorough medical exam or felt less confident that a medical professional was competent and to be trusted with my health. My experience was consistent with the three-star review left earlier about this place. I described specific symptoms that the nurse practitioner seemed only vaguely interested in engaging with. If someone complains of swollen glands, for example, one might expect a medical professional to, I don't know, actually feel one's neck with something more than the most fleet... read more

The doctor was kind of fumbling and kept saying I had to follow up with someone else to the extent that she seemed like she was saying, "I'm winging it here, you really need to see someone else." I just had a very bad abrasion I wanted treated. I wanted them to clean it and I wasn't sure if it was possible to close such a wound, so I saw them. Dr. wasn't sure either. Nurses weren't much better - digging around for supplies, waiting to be told very specifically what to do, smelling of cigarettes. This was the first time ... read more
