What a low grade, unprofessional and malpractice medical service I received today at this place! Whoever was a practicing PA/NP late afternoon 3/6/25 (a female) is negligent and I believe is a liability to the company. She prescribes tests that do not go with symptoms (i brought a child with barking cough but she asked to put a long tube down a child's nose, but didn't listen to the lungs?!?!? Creating an appointment does not mean anything. I created an appointment the day before and still had to wait close to an hour.

They let you schedule appointments, but don't respect them. I was given a room an hour and 20 minutes after my appointment time and I have been in that room for an hour waiting to see a provider. If you have an appointment expect it to take at least 3-4 hours anyway

Only one person was in the waiting room. Had to wait almost an hour to be seen while I could hear people joking around in the back. Dr. JILL PETERSON was my doctor. Rudest doctor ever. Everything I asked her...she talked down to me and cut me off. This lady is a joke! Completely full of herself and so arrogant. Just a nasty human being! How did she even get a job? I will never go here again and I will warn everybody about RUDE Dr. JILL PETERSON.

My wife became sick and we knew she needed to be seen and get a prescription for some medication. Wellnow was open until 8 pm so we packed up the kids and left as my wife didn't feel capable to drive. We showed up and no one is in the parking lot and it's 730 pm. Waiting for results of my test tester day Friday the 18th is it covid or strep also the chest exraysl I was very lymnode swollen hard to swallow,.if it is COVID Need to know I am 88 husband is 90. IN the office at 9 and left at 1 PM approx.
I scheduled an appointment, arrived on time, was sent to a small waiting room to wait for an open examination room. I waited there for 20 minutes before an attendant arrived to take my vitals. He saw my swollen knee and offered ice and told me a doc would be in soon to check and do x- ray. Long wait times always! I just needed a simple urine drug test for work and ended up waiting for over an hour. All you needed to do was bring me into a room and then let me go! The whole facility was empty but apparently they only have 1 room they can use for a test. So annoying!!
