I've been to many doctors with many slushies before going and the doctor told me that it doesn't instruct the view of see strep or any throat sickness and that the child I brought to get checked I was told that she wasn't fully sick and if I didn't say she wasn't well that they wouldn't notice as she has a full on running nose eyes are puffy and all that stuff so I hate this place to the core now so fucking stupid don't every go

Don't waste your time scheduling an appointment online. They don't honor it, and literally just told me at the front desk -- 51 minutes after my scheduled appointment-- that they "can't really honor appointment times." Crazy idea here, but if you can't honor appointments, maybe don't make patients waste their time scheduling them?

I went in for a 5 minute evaluation of UTI symptoms and had to give one urine sample which is standard procedure for a UTI. I got a bill for $1638.28! This was a simple uncomplicated walk in visit due to UTI. They have a lab in house so there was no excuse for excessive lab charges from an associated lab. This is unheard of!! I would never trust WellNow to give accurate care but instead they overcharge and run up your bill!!! What a low grade, unprofessional and malpractice medical service I received today at this place! Whoever was a practicing PA/NP late afternoon 3/6/25 (a female) is negligent and I believe is a liability to the company. She prescribes tests that do not go with symptoms (i brought a child with barking cough but she asked to put a long tube down a child's nose, but didn't listen to the lungs?!?!? Creating an appointment does not mean anything. I created an appointment the day before and still had to wait close to an hour.

They let you schedule appointments, but don't respect them. I was given a room an hour and 20 minutes after my appointment time and I have been in that room for an hour waiting to see a provider. If you have an appointment expect it to take at least 3-4 hours anyway

Only one person was in the waiting room. Had to wait almost an hour to be seen while I could hear people joking around in the back. Dr. JILL PETERSON was my doctor. Rudest doctor ever. Everything I asked her...she talked down to me and cut me off. This lady is a joke! Completely full of herself and so arrogant. Just a nasty human being! How did she even get a job? I will never go here again and I will warn everybody about RUDE Dr. JILL PETERSON.
