Unless this business make more of an effort to keep it clean, I can't recommend this facility. I'm surprised other reviews don't mention the filthy carpeting, the sticky exam tables.... More importantly, possibly, is that the PA I met was not at all helpful, and he asked me twice what I thought was causing my back pain, after I told him e first time I didn't know. In 44 years, I've never received a less thorough medical exam or felt less confident that a medical professional was competent and to be trusted with my health. My experience was consistent with the three-star review left earlier about this place. I described specific symptoms that the nurse practitioner seemed only vaguely interested in engaging with. If someone complains of swollen glands, for example, one might expect a medical professional to, I don't know, actually feel one's neck with something more than the most fleet... read more

The doctor was kind of fumbling and kept saying I had to follow up with someone else to the extent that she seemed like she was saying, "I'm winging it here, you really need to see someone else." I just had a very bad abrasion I wanted treated. I wanted them to clean it and I wasn't sure if it was possible to close such a wound, so I saw them. Dr. wasn't sure either. I took my daughter to 5 Star urgent in Fayettville NY for what we thought was strep throat. She was seen by a PA who diagnosed her with strep without taking a swab and wrote a prescription for an antibiotic. Two days later she could not swallow and the throat pain was severe. I called 5 star back and said they could not do anything, and take her to the emergency room.
