I cannot say enough good things about Wendi Klien. I was recently looking for financing on a manufactured home. My bank referred me to Wendi for this type of loan. Wendi was an absolute gem for my buyers. She was always willing to crunch the numbers to reflect changes in purchase price, interest rates, and seller concessions from purchase offer preparation, submission, all the way through various stages of negotiations.
