Wendi was an absolute gem for my buyers. She was always willing to crunch the numbers to reflect changes in purchase price, interest rates, and seller concessions from purchase offer preparation, submission, all the way through various stages of negotiations. Wendi Klein and her team were referred by my agent Latisha Morris. Wendi is heaven-sent! She took my complicated case/loan from another lender that I chose to work with (they) were unprofessional, incompetent, unfriendly and uncommunicative.
