When she called me to locks the rate she told me the rate would be 3.125% for 30yrs and the point is $2300 so I told her ok to lock it but when I sign the escrow the rate is 3.125% but the point is $3140 I called her about that and she said you already signed it and did you have any proved I said that that made me so sad because we were on the phone I don’t have any proven NOT because of money because of promise Thank you for the listening Franciscleung

My mother and I recently purchased a home through KB and decided it would be best to use the in house lender of KBHS, which in turn has caused nothing but stress during this whole process. Granted there is a lot of paperwork that goes with a loan, however there are a multitude of examples of misinformation and incompetence from KBHS. The biggest issue was with a miscalculation regarding the down payment that was caught the day the closing was supposed to happen. Would not recommend.

Unorganized, not forthcoming with dates or information. Competitive rates only surfaced when we produced quotes from other companies, which ate up any incentive offered. I would have preferred prompt service and to feel confident with my lender. Instead, we received our terms at the very last minute. Go with another lender.

Information was left out or incorrect on loan disclosures. Many errors on my loan. Ended up paying $200 more a month than I was told.
