Process was not great, the communication was not consistant and felt like we constantly needed to reach out. Multiple chains going on and lots of issues with the loan document. Files were requested multiple times for the same thing. Seems like no one was communicating on KB side.

It seemed that communication was always mediocre. I was asked to provide same document over and over again. The seem to be a palatable unfamiliarity with technologies to use secure websites to upload documents. As a result, I was forced to email things as attachment. The rate was quoted with point at the very end of the transaction as a way to profit from being locked with KB Home loans. Seemed like the finance team never talked to each other. I was bounced around to multiple people.

I don’t feel my paperwork was reviewed sufficiently or early enough which caused a last minute loan change. The team came through at the end closing an FHA loan quickly. Overall i felt that the situation could of been avoided if done earlier.

Hard to communicate with. Documents had wrong titles and even though we emailed the corrections, the docs at closing still had errors. The whole process was always "last minute" and often after hours at night. No time to ask questions nor get advice.

I submitted all of my loan documents early June and did not bear anything from Wendy until about late July, approximately the 18th-20th, beginning to request more documents. Since the beginning of June we were all aware that the home would be done by July 30th. Starting late July, I was being requested to submit documents daily and it ended up being delayed and very stressful at the end because things were done very late on KB home Loans part.

When Wendy's manager stepped in, things were resolved. Before that point, my husband and I were very unhappy a number of times in the process. We almost walked away from the home.

Communication between all involved parties was not good. The amount of emails we received asking for different documents was excessive.
