Dr. Thigpen took the time to patiently advise my elderly mother about a tooth extraction that she needs. I was very impressed and thankful that he could communicate the importance of having this surgical procedure.
Dr Thigpen was extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent guidance to me. He spent more than enough time with me, was very helpful, and answered all my questions. He was also empathetic towards my situation.
Dr Thigpen and his associates was GREAT the service they provided is immaculate. He was very considerate of my feelings and want’s. Very smooth procedure , woke up in no pain after having all 4 wisdom teeth extracted!!!
This is my 3rd wisdom tooth that Dr Thigpen has pulled. He was able to do it with local anesthesia. The whole procedure went so fast with relatively little pain. The entire office staff is very friendly and helpful.
I had a broken tooth and had to pull the root out and put an implant in. Dr. Thigpen continued to make sure that I was doing okay and it was a smooth procedure. Always making sure I had as little pain as possible. Angelina, his assistant, was on top of everything all the time. Everyone in the office was helpful, professional, and a good personality. I do recommend this business.
My wife and I have both been patients of Dr. Thigpen. This is a well run office where patient care is obviously a high priority.
On Oct 15, 2024, went back to Dr. Thigpen's office for an implant issue and once again was treated very well. I can't say enough about the quality of care provided by his office. I am treated as if I am the only patient in the office, everybody can't do enough for me while I am there. They were able to see me immediately. Dr.Thigpen and team extracted two wisdom and one broken tooth. To say I was a nervous patient is an understatement. I cannot believe how smoothly everything went. I healed up super quick without needing heavy-grade meds. A very talented team. While I do not recommend breaking your teeth - if you must, Dr.Thigpen will sort you out!
