On Oct 15, 2024, went back to Dr. Thigpen's office for an implant issue and once again was treated very well. I can't say enough about the quality of care provided by his office. I am treated as if I am the only patient in the office, everybody can't do enough for me while I am there. They were able to see me immediately. Dr.Thigpen and team extracted two wisdom and one broken tooth. To say I was a nervous patient is an understatement. I cannot believe how smoothly everything went. I healed up super quick without needing heavy-grade meds. A very talented team. While I do not recommend breaking your teeth - if you must, Dr.Thigpen will sort you out!

As usual, my appointment was seamless and professionally done. Staff are very responsive and appear well trained. Dr. Thigpen is personable and seems extremely skilled and on top of his specialty.
Dr Thigpen is so thoughtful and through, he is kind and caring, creating a trusting bond. Explaining every detail, answering every question in a reassuring way. My procedure was smooth and follow up excellent. I highly recommend him and his amazing team who are all wonderful too!
I have been a practicing registered dental hygienist for over 40 years and now retired. I have just had yet another procedure done by Dr. Jack Thigpen. He just surgically placed my very first implant into the bone where my second molar had been extracted. It is healing beautifully! I am here to say that Dr Jack Thigpen is an exceptional oral surgeon... Just the BEST! AND I KNOW MANY MANY DENTISTS IN THIS AREA THAT WOULD AGREE WITH ME.
Awesome staff, Gigi is caring and personal the nurses go out of their way with kindness and makes you feel like you’re more than a patient. Can’t say enough good things about Dr Thigpen so compassionate caring friendly and human all within this outstanding man who is a great surgeon and serves his profession among the best!
Dr Thigpen has done a few dental implants for me over the years. I have never had a problem with the surgeries nor have I ever had a problem contacting the office. The staff are very responsive and helpful. Dr Thigpen takes the time to answer all questions.
