Verified Renter I was out of town for two weeks in Italy. Requested to get filters changed. But unfortunately maintenance didnt lock the door after they completed the work. So the front door was open for 2 weeks. Informed the front office but they didnt care

Verified Renter New management took over a few months ago and now the trash bins are left outside the parking garage for days before its picked up and you have to constantly watch out for broken glass and trash when walking your dog. Cars are getting broken into, tires are getting stolen. The apartment security is useless and unfortunately rude and disrespectful. Beware of hidden fees and lack of communication I’ve only been leasing here 3 months and I’m already paying about $50 more than what I was told at signing. Small fees apparently keep adding up and management doesn’t seem to think it necessary to alert the community. Additionally, some of the fees that are designed to “keep up the community” just don’t add up. There is an additional amenity fee to pay, however almost none of the areas are kept well. Hi Jasymne, thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you feel this way and hopefully, your view will change. The trash is picked up Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. The West Mockingbird team ensures the trash is cleaned up every day by having someone scheduled to take care of the trash even on the weekends. West Mockingbird also has a full-time housekeeper who works Monday through Friday. On the weekends we have a vendor that will clean all amenity spaces as well.
