Verified Renter the entire move in process was easy and Jesse made it smooth and simple. The apartment and security seem clean and efficient. The only thing I would maybe change is just the guest parking to have that be gated too if possible.

Verified Renter Moved into a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. On move in day washer and dryer did not work, water did not work from bathroom sink, and refrigerator made a loud whistling noise. A few days after moving in toilet kept getting clogged to where I had to go days without a working toilet in a 1 bathroom apartment. The replaced the toilet, but I tried explaining it was something wrong with the toilet because it kept clogging. They told me plumbing blamed me for putting things down the toilet. Verified Renter I’ve enjoyed my last year here and plan on staying another year! The pool is amazing and the location. The gate to the parking garage breaks an often but easily fixed. We are updated weekly on any repairs going on in the building.
