I have been here 10 years. I came to liv here because I was living with relatives and they moved out of the area. At that time my Aunt and Uncle wee living here and enjoyed it. I like the meals and service. I have made many friends and it is fun to live here. When COVID hit, Atria Rancho Park did everything in their power to keeps us safe and is still watching over us. I would recommend Atria Rancho Pak to anyone.

Atria presents very well. Large, clean, and open areas. The eating area is nice with lots of variety on the menu. Daily activities and and other specialty rooms are nice. Outdoor areas are nice too. Rooms are a little small but closets and bathroom areas are nice and large.

I don't have any serious complaints, nor do I have any raving accolades. Therefore I have averaged my rating as a 5 star for service staff and a 0-1 star for management. I have found that the service staff, those who actually interact with the residents (i.e. dining room servers, maintenance, housekeeping, health aids, etc.), are much better at their job than those who are managing the facility (i.e., administrative staff, sales staff, etc.). 1. The care at this community is outstanding. We like that the staff is very caring. The menu is outstanding and we like the variety of the menu. They have activities that are available for the residents who are willing to participate. We would recommend the care of this community to other families for care

My mother has recently made the move into this community and we could not be happier with how things are going for her. The staff have been absolutely wonderful and have made my mom feel right at home with the help with all the welcoming residents. Her apartment is perfect for her with lots of extra room for all her personal things. She has had no complaints of the meals and enjoys participating in the activities they have throughout the week.
