Nurses, nurse assistants, and others were so friendly and efficient. I felt well cared for during my long stay. I'd particularly like to thank Gilinda, PT; and Danielle Herries. Kelly, who was my primary OT was a favorite, as were Regina OT, and Jackie, the infection Control nurse. Meghanne,CNA was so friendly and helpful; always came by with a smile. I want to give Chantell at Western Slope a five star review. Chantell has been absolutely wonderful with my grandma. She is kind, attentive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Our family truly appreciates the compassion and respect she shows her every day, and it gives us great peace of mind knowing my grandma is in such good hands.

My grandmother is currently in rehabilitation at Western Slope and our whole family cannot say enough good things about this facility. From the bright and clean rooms, the level of clear communication, to the genuine care provided by the staff members (like Koda) we couldn't be happier. This is my grandmother's third rehab stay in the last year and Western Slope is far and away the best.

Western Slope is not only a beautiful place to get care but it has an incredible dedicated staff that truly cares. I work in healthcare and I work closely with the admissions team, clinicians and management. These folks are quality people that are dedicated to caring for our community. I specifically work closely with the admission department that can answer any of your questions, support your needs and put you at ease. I would definitely consider Western Slope for your therapy needs or long term care!

Went on a tour of the facility. The entire place was super clean and welcoming. I met with the director of admissions Sarah Cox. She was amazing in her knowledge! She put me at ease. No one wants their family member in a SNF but Sarah put me at ease. SHE is the reason for this amazing review. I will recommend this facility to everyone I know!

After my 92 year-old mother, took a fall and broke her hip. She found herself at Western Slop Health Care. Her family visits daily and we just wanted to give a big shout out to Koda as he has been exceptional, kind, gotten things done that were needed quickly and he is just an amazing human being and support for mom. He even fill her flowers which came with here in the ambulance with freshwater as soon as they got here. I could no longer care for my mom at her home and I started researching 24 hour health care facilities in Placerville. I decided on Western Slope. Turns out one of the best decisions I've made concerning mom! From day I have found the staff to be very professional. Devon, the administrator, has done a great job of ensuring the facility is kept up to standards. He even helps decorate the place for whatever holiday comes up!
