After my 92 year-old mother, took a fall and broke her hip. She found herself at Western Slop Health Care. Her family visits daily and we just wanted to give a big shout out to Koda as he has been exceptional, kind, gotten things done that were needed quickly and he is just an amazing human being and support for mom. He even fill her flowers which came with here in the ambulance with freshwater as soon as they got here. I could no longer care for my mom at her home and I started researching 24 hour health care facilities in Placerville. I decided on Western Slope. Turns out one of the best decisions I've made concerning mom! From day I have found the staff to be very professional. Devon, the administrator, has done a great job of ensuring the facility is kept up to standards. He even helps decorate the place for whatever holiday comes up! If you need to find the care your parents need and deserve, no need to search any further- the team at Western Slope is amazingly professional, organized, empathetic, and competent. My father came home today and can't stop talking. about the excellent care he received: PT was demanding but caring, OT was insightful and helpful, nurses were compassionate, nurturing, and committed to their calling. There were times my dad felt so doted upon, that a part of me is surprised he even wanted to come home!

My husband was previously at a facility in Mission, but I transferred him to Western Slope Health Center because of their excellent therapy. The CNAs have been incredibly helpful and respectful to both my husband and me. I especially want to commend Alana, who consistently goes above and beyond to assist us and ensure all our questions, no matter how small, are answered. I am truly grateful for the care and support we've received here.

My father spent a few weeks at Western Slope. He was very happy there and received good care. The staff were very compassionate and caring. My father liked most of the food and the accessibility to the tv. The facility is currently undergoing a needed updating.

I have had many family members here, this is an amazing family friendly environment. I have also been an employee here for over 10 years. I love what I do and the people I care for, they are my family. I am happy to see and ensure their retirement is the best it can be and they are loved.

EVERYTHING!!!!I lost 10 lbs in the 7 days that I was incarcerated in that dump! I would not send my worst enemy to that place. On Monday, December 4, 2023, I fell at home and broke both bones in my lower leg. I had surgery at Marshall Hospital FYI, they were fantastic. I was transferred to Western slope on Friday, December 8, 2023. I was not allowed to even get out of bed as I could do no weight-bearing for I believe it was eight weeks.
