All staff and management are really nice and very helpful. My room is comfortable and spacious and I have all my own things in my room too. I enjoy taking part in the activities and events out. There are plenty of trips too. I like the food and drinks are always available.

My sister had been at Westfield for over 20 years. I am very happy with the care she has had since she started.

A review took place on a Friday in October 2015. It was dealt with in a very professional manner. The carers had all the relevant information for the nurse from the hospital. I was impressed by the efficiency of the home, a folder was produced with all the information needed. It's quite upsetting to hear about mum, but I felt confident that everything was covered by the staff from the home.

I have found the staff at Westfield Nursing Home to be very caring and considerate in their dealings with my mother. The home is clean and well managed.
