My son is very happy at Westfield Care Home. The staff are caring, patient and committed to their job. The food is excellent. Residents are made to feel special on their birthdays, and the catering staff provide party teas. During the pandemic, every precaution has been taken for residents care, and communication with relatives has been exemplary.

My husband has now been at Westfield Care & Nursing Home for twelve weeks. I’m extremely pleased with the care that he is receiving after the traumatic time that we both experienced prior to him moving there full time. The staff are very caring and kind to him and I’m so pleased that he is being looked after so well. The staff have also been very supportive and understanding to my feelings during our transition.The home is well kept, very clean and has a lovely homely atmosphere.

In these difficult times, when we are not able to see our loved ones, I know our mum/nan is getting the best care from the lovely staff at the home. The staff constantly give support to our mum/nan and to family, nothing is ever too much trouble. Thank you for allowing me to be able to sleep at night, knowing my mum is safe.

We are always extremely pleased with the care, its top quality, with always being kept informed, everyone is caring and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Compassion is always taken with situations, and during the last year with covid, we have been so impressed at how they have kept us informed and kept everyone so safe.

My brother has received excellent care from Westfield Car Home. He has complex medical needs, and all the staff at Westfield give him excellent care. Just as important, they give him love too. The care and love they have given him during the pandemic have been above and beyond, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this home and the staff.

My mother moved into Westfield in October 2015 and since then her care has been wonderful. Every member of staff is friendly, helpful and very professional. I can always ring to check on her, necessary during long COVID lockdown, and when I can visit, it is in a very safe environment. The home is always clean and tidy and residents and staff all appear happy. My parents chose to move here together, and I believe they made the best choice possible.

A lovely bunch of people who show great care to both residents and their families. They always try to help where they can and provide the best possible intereactions between residents and families. Very helpful in any communications.

I can't stress enough how great the home are! Throughout the pandemic, they have kept all the residents safe and kept us up to date with what was happening as far as visiting etc. Nothing is ever too much trouble, always friendly and welcoming.

I would like to say how happy we are as a family with the way Westfield House is looking after one of our family. Being looked after so well is a load of our minds. The home is mostly happy and clean in fact the cleaners are a wonderful part of this home.
