My wife who suffers from dementia has been a resident at Westfield for 19 months. During that time my daughters and I have been impressed and grateful for all aspects of her care. I visit 6 days per week and have never had any worries about her treatment and supervision there.

My father-in-law receives fantastic care and support at Westfield Nursing Home. I am always impressed by the patience and professionalism from all staff. They cope with dementia and mobility issues, encourage and enable him to stay active as much as possible. He refuses to take part in the activities but the staff call in and interact with him multiple times every day. A well managed, excellent establishment.

I feel at home here. The manager is very friendly and helpful. She is ready to answer any questions when asked. The nurses are very good and they do their work conscientiously. The staff are friendly and caring. The chefs and assistants are friendly and caring. The chefs and assistants are pleasant. The dishes are well presented and delicious.

My brother has been a resident at Westfield Care Home for some time and is really happy here. He has a good group of friends and they are all kept busy with outings and activities. The staff really are so kind and caring, from the Receptionist, who is super helpful and nothing is too much trouble, to a lovely member of staff whose regular communication when my brother was poorly was so reassuring and of course all the amazing care team, especially one particular member of staff. My stepfather has been in the home since March 2018 and during his stay, I have had no issues or concerns whatsoever. I normally visit once a week and always see plenty of staff, carers and cleaners, who are always friendly. The meals I have seen served look lovely and there are always plenty of activities going on.
