My father in law has settled in very nicely after a very difficult period at another care home following a deterioration in his dementia. He is cared for well and enjoys the food. He has a good rapport with the staff and is well dressed. The environment is very safe and he has participated in some of the activities. Overall we are very pleased with his care.

Dad had to be moved here from another residential care home, where they could not meet his needs, as he was trying to get out to go home. The manager and her team have been extremely helpful and caring towards dad, and us the family, even when he was very unsettled at the beginning of his stay. Staff are always available and helpful when you need someone. The event's organiser does a very good job too.

Since dad has been in Westfield care home, I have found the care to be excellent. Staff are very hardworking and my dad is cared for and treated with respect.

Dad always appears clean and shaved on my visits. The staff are always helpful and engage in conversation. Dad thinks the staff do a good job and find the home "homely". Communication is excellent and I am always informed of situations and things pertaining to my father.

Lovely care home, all the staff have been very nice and very helpful, particularly the manager. Mum is being very well cared for, loving the food and all the carers. I feel really happy that she is being taken really good care of, which is giving me a huge peace of mind. Her risk of falling has ceased and it's good to see her so happy. Thank you, Westfield, you make a great team.

Since my Dad has been in the care of Westfield Hose he has become more settled. Although he still remains challenging the staff always take good care of him. The food always looks good and my Dad is always looked well cared for even when his behaviour is difficult. Nothing is ever too much to ask. I would just like to say thank you for caring for him.

The personal engagement from the staff at all levels stands out. It was a key factor in originally selecting the care home and experience has shown that our original impressions were well founded. As well as providing us with reassurance of the care for our aunt, there has also been a noticeable improvement in my aunt's condition.
