I brought my fur baby in yesterday Sunday 9/24 in pretty rough condition, the staff were all so friendly and thorough, and the bill wasn't too expensive.
I just wanted to publicly thank the team at Westford Emergency for absolutely amazing care last night. It takes a special kind of animal lover to cheerfully examine someone else's dog's vomit for foreign substances and you all totally won me over when that was our reality last night. Despite being swamped, you never made us feel like we were in the way or a bother, and that completely set the tone for us and helped us stay calm during a nerve wracking time. Thank you all so much!
I'm super glad I took my yorkie to this amazing Vet ER. My baby boy is always so nervous around people he don't know. But he was far from nervous. He felt at ease and comfortable around the nurse and doctor. I recommend this place to anyone. From the front desk to the nurse Tech and the doctor are amazing people and very caring. Dr. Massat and his staff were amazing in treating my dog Roxie today. She was injured from a vehicle. I was so afraid she would need hip surgery or to be put down. I left there with my pooch today on her road to recovery, thanking my lucky stars... The stars being Dr. Massat and his staff!
Love this place. Feel fortunate to have a facility like this near by.
Brought our 9 week old kitten in at 10:30pm, he got in a fight with out older cat. They took him right back within 15 mins the doctor came and took us into a room and gave us our options and then discharged us. For an emergency vet this place was fast, everyone was just so nice and the cost wasn't bad at all. Our kitten is all better and back to being his playful self. Thank you Westford Veterinarian
Amazing. 14# ball of pug fury, Molly, decided to eat a whole fabric sheet. After speaking with aspca poison control i called this facility to ensure they could assist us. They said yes and we brought her right in. In and out in less than 2 hours with a successfully vomited fabric sheet. Thorough, compassionate and responsive from phone triage, treatment and discharge.
