Fantastic doctors, techs, and staff. I have been twice with my golden and am blown away by the care given. Highly recommended!
The staff were very friendly. They got quite busy while we were there, including a couple of emergencies. We had a bit of a wait but were not a high priority visit. Staff member' s kept checking in with us and playing with our dog. Lots of attention and affection.
Amazing hospital and staff!! My baby Lulu (Yorkshire terrier) was having seizures, I rushed her to Westford veterinary emergency center. There were several people who were able to get her stabilized quickly and make her comfortable. They kept her overnight to watch over her and do testing. As worried as I was, it was so reassuring to know that she was in very good hands. Lulu is home now resting comfortably. I can't thank them enough for taking such good care of my baby.❤
Thank you to Westford Veterinary Emergency, from Lily and her mom. Dr. Francesca M. was so sweet and kind and extremely knowledgeable about everything that could possibly be of concern with Lily. She gave us plenty of time and attention on what was a very stressful night for everyone at the clinic dealing with many emergencies. Brought my dog there because she was shaking, yelping and writhing in pain. Dr. suggested a back muscle pull, and went through treatment options. I never felt like they were all about the money, like another emergency place I used to visit. Suggested different cost options for treatment and even suggested the lower cost option - because if something were really wrong we could investigate further. This amazing staff of compassionate doctors saved my dogs life. They always kept hope for us even when we couldn't see clearly. I love them all for being the savior for my puppy and will always recommend them and bring all my future animals for them if need be. Always 5 stars in my book.
In October of 2016 both of my dogs were hit by a car one unfortunately passed away heading to the vet I take them to my vets refereed me to westord on the injuries my surviving dog the compassion they showed was amazing and even showed they truly care about the animals that are brought in
