My 20 year old cat was having some serious medical issues! I was scared I wasn't going to be bringing my best friend home with me, but they were fantastic!! Very calming and wonderful with my Callie!!! They called me 2 days later to make sure she was ok!!! I totally recommend them!!!
I can't say enough about how amazing and caring the entire staff is here, and how impressed I was with my entire experience. I showed up yesterday at 1am without an appointment or calling ahead, simply walking in with my poor cat having bladder issues and seeming like she was in a lot of pain. From the vet Stephanie, to every member of the staff, these are people with genuine empathy for pets and their owners. My dog Roscoe broke his humerus (no, he really didn't find it funny at all) a couple of months ago and brought him here to be examined. When I arrived, I was introduced to very friendly staff, and Roscoe was seen right away. Marcelo was our ER tech for the day, and I couldn't be more pleased with this.
