Checked internet for the review before to change the carpet, all five stars review on the website. bought the carpet from this store(Westvalley North Calgary). Came to my house late more than one hour behind the schedule time. did very shity installation work. Not professional at all like they said on the website. Do not want to talk more here as already tired about this shit. Now I have to keep very close eye on my new carpet see if can pass that one year warranty. LOL. Definitely not recommend
-After carpet(for basement) was paid for, ww were informed of a delay because this carpet was not in stock in USA and would be put in a queue to have it manufactured. Should have been informed of available stock issue prior to laying down the money. Carpet installed 5 weeks after purchase. This was an issue since we had moved furniture to other rooms in the house to be able to remove the old carpet to inspect the concrete floor to see if it was level enough for vinyl planks. I had some carpet installed in the basement wreak room and bedrooms in my home back in July with not really great results. The installers left a bit of a mess behind (carpet fiber that filled my vacuum twice, and a mess in my rear parking area where they loaded the old material) not to mention that they didn't finish the job! From my initial visit to the south store and speaking with Mark I was very satisfied with the service, but when it came to installation not so much After some delay a date was set for installation and on that day I received a call telling me they had double booked the installer and mine would not be done that day. The install was re-booked and Trevor installed my floors he did a great job and was very satisfied with the final result.
The installer Tomas Jurgaitis assigned to our insurance replacement was fantastic! Truly a skilled craftsmen that cares about the finished product delivered to the home owner, highly recommended!
