I had a new vinyl floor installed throughout my basement. I can't say enough about the installers. Boyd did a great job, answered any concerns I had, worked quickly and efficiently and was very easy to have in my home. I would highly recommend Westvalley Carpet and Flooring to anyone. Completely satisfied!

Just had prefinished hardwood installed in living room, bedroom and closet. From getting the shoe molding early, hardwood on time to completion, excellent customer service. Frank was very helpful at Westvalley. Installers, Tim and Ken, worked long hours and the results are stunning. Recommend this company and will have more floors done through them.
We just had carpet installed throughout our entire upper level. The carpet itself is fantastic and the installers (Derek & Derryl) were awesome! Super-entertaining, extremely efficient - they did a great job! This is our second purchase from Westvalley and we will definitely be going back when we are ready to re-carpet our basement! Thanks to Tim for his suggestions and easy-to-deal with manner!
It was a complete shit show and one of the most stressful experiences for me. I got a call and was told my carpet came in and is in now. “Your carpet is in”. I was then informed that they can only install Tuesday and Wednesday. Monday after a long day of work I moved all our furniture. I had my dad who is 76 to stay at my house on Tuesday while I was downtown working. I told the sales guy and friend of mine it has to be organized as my dad can’t stay there all day waiting. Me and my husband have used WestValley flooring, South location several times, the first 3 times they were great. However, our most recent and last experience was extremely disappointing. They delivered the wrong carpet, and it wasn't cut, even tho this was included in our discussion. Once we brought it to their attention, they willingly agreed to reorder the right carpet, however it would take several more weeks to get here so now our renovations and the time we had set aside have been pushed back by a month.They graciously... read more
Through insurance, Westvalley Flooring was hired to replace the hardwood on my main floor with laminate material. Unfortunately, the installation fell significantly short of expectations. The area around my kitchen island, in particular, was poorly executed, leaving uneven gaps filled with white silicone. This subpar finishing method was applied in several other areas as well. Use their service when we need to change flooring. They were very accommodating when we were looking for products. But after installation and realizing there's problem in the flooring installation. I tried talking to our contact person, he was saying that there's nothing they can do with our carpet, we don't even have a carpet! There's also no coordination with the office. Now, I can't I can't even contact him, not even after leaving a voice message.
Awful! They have done our flooring and they didn't do it properly. A lot of complaints but they did not come back to fix their job. It has been months now and it seems they have no plan on coming back. Just awful experience from them...
